I bought Garden Greens brand "Fiber Gummies" which gives 5 grams of fiber per serving. I've been taking them with meals. Should I switch to Chitosan? Or does it basically provide the same benefits?

beleive chitosan better because it stops fat being turned into testorone.....
Thanks for your reply! I think I'll get Chitosan. I wonder if I can take Chitosan AND Fiber? Or is that a recipe for disaster?? :)
give it a try ....might be a bit much thou you're already cutting fat your body needs soem to ovulate x
Either is fine as long as it's not vitamin fortified - some brands are.
So is Chitosan with calcium no good then? I've seen some in our local shop and thought I'd ask before buying. Also, how essential is it when I'm keeping my fat between 25g-30g a day and my bmi is 20.6? :)
