Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I was on a dutch girl diet from january till october, off and on. I couldn't get pregnant and my cycles got messed up. In my BFP cycle I started on CD 1 with my own diet, LE style. I ate only three times a day from CD 1 till CD 14. I ate only two meales a day from CD 14 till CD 21 (O day).

Comments regarding DH's diet- -
DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? Yes, I had 1 drink per day
Any Diet Details? Did not eat untill noon. Then had a slice of roasted white bread with a cup of tea (peppermint or raspberry leaf) and butter and sugar of jam on the bread.
For dinner I ate with the family only much less and kept the LE diet in mind. Dit not eat red meat. Only some chicken in the week before O. (mostly some white rice and some veggies). Ate no fruit.
I ate just as little as possible. Was really really hungry all the time.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? Had a big cheat meal the night before O (ate burrito's). Stopped diet after O.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I went from 57 kg till 55,5 kg.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? Nothing.

Any additional comments? Day before O: just regular but stood up 5 minutes afer
O day: sample of DH mixed with 3 drops of pure lemon juice, inserted it with needless syringe (no big O, no arousal). Took a hot shower before.

Any additional supplement info? I didn't do folic acid in the two days before O. Took a double dose day after O and from there every day.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: Lime, smoking, loosing weigt
Things that make me nervous about my sway: My acute stress week before O.
- so mad that I felt like exploding
- race wih my car against time
- children had vacation so very stressy in the house......
Things worth mentioning: I smoked for my sway, 3 - 5 sigarettes in the 2 weeks before O. Quit on O day.
Had my BFP on 10 dpo. Due date: end of july 2013
