You are supposed to eat a lot of salmon and oysters as well, but they can have high levels of toxic chemicals in them that may sway pink. So eat salmon twice a week and do not eat shellfish at all.

I have one more doubt about the rice .. How often we can have rice while ttc boy??
White rice has very little calcium and magnesium BUT it is low-protein and slightly acidic.
Brown rice has very little calcium and higher protein BUT has a fair amount of magnesium and is slightly acidic.
I think rice is really a "neutral" food meaning it has a place in both the boy and the girl type diet. On balance, I think wheat is better for boys than rice is but either can be a good part of your overall diet. BE sure to eat a little protein along with your carbs to keep your blood sugar levels stable.
For protien ,, can I eat peanuts/kidney beans/eggs/other pulses alongwith rice to compensate... Or I should eat chicken only at every meal...I donot eat red meat... So please guide how to go about that...
Yes, those are GREAT! You should aim for eating some protein and some carb at every meal.
