Rephresh and sylk together

Hi I used a tube of rephresh about 4 days ago and my ph has stayed at around 5 since then. Next month will be our 1st bd attempt and I plan to use rephresh every 3 days after af, and half a tube 6-8 hours before bd attempt and then a finger of it an hour after bd too. Should I also use sylk? I've heard it also sways pink. If I do use sylk, how do I use it? Right before bd and then again after? And does sylk also come in a tube or do I just put some on my finger and put it in htere? Or just before and not after? is it ok to use rephresh and sylk together, any reason why I shouldn't?

It is ok to use Rephresh and Sylk together. I think people only use Sylk if they need a lubricant to BD from being dry from the diet and supplements. So if you are not dry, you don't really need to use Sylk. You would use it before BDing and you could put it on you or your partner or both. I think there is some debate about whether it's beneficial to use Rephresh after BDing since it may take time to work.

Sylk does sway pink as its hostile to sperm, rephresh every 3 days is great but make sure to use it 8 to 12 hours before dtd or you risk killing / blocking too many swimmers (i always did mine in the am and dtd at night). We used sylk at bd every time, i used a finger full and rubbed it over dh before dtd - try not to put anything in after, after the first five mins most have left the area anyway and you do still want to give them some chance at getting to the goal

Thanks Mrs P, peanut and atomic! I have one REALLY silly question. When people say to use a finger of rephresh - what exactly does that mean?? Do I just put some on my finer and rub it around up there or does it mean a finger tips worth in the tube thingy it comes in?!

It can be either. I think of it as applying a blob about the size of the tip of your pointer finger up inside (it will kinda rub itself around, no need to worry about that) either with your finger (clean, of course) or the applicator. Some people have a hard time getting a small amount of jelly in the applicator.
