I do the netti pot (nasal rinse) thing, which works wonders....I just hate taking cold meds or antibiotics when I may have a bun in the oven (5dpo today). However, I work full time in addition to being a mommy, so I want to kick this sooner than later!
Anyone have any tricks that help othe than the usual chicken soup, liquids, etc?
