Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I cut sodium out almost completely because I LOVE sodium normally, so all my chips, pickles, and roman noodles had to be stopped. I skipped breakfast and had a cup of white rice with sauteed mushrooms (in butter spray) for lunch and dinner and I tried not to snack but if I did it was a single serving greek yogurt. I never eat red meat anyway, but I cut chicken down to once a week. I cheated on Halloween and had a bit of my kids candy!

Comments regarding DH's diet- He hasn't been eating meat for dinner anyway because I haven't made it. He does drink a lot of Crystal Light with me.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? started at 108 lbs and dropped to 100 lb but my husband didn't want me to lose anymore than that.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: My diet, and weight loss, DTD often.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I had such a hard time with the rephresh. it did lower my ph but it didn't lower it for 3 days like it is supposed to. So since we were DTD daily, I am worried that my ph wasn't low enough all the time. I also tried to keep it low by using more rephresh than every 3 days, so I am worried I may have killed off all the swimmers. If I don't get a BFP then I am going to try the douche and lime tampon next time.
