counting calories?

Am I supposed to be counting calories for a boy sway? I know I'm eating more than usual. I'm never really hungry. However I don't know if I'm getting high enough calories...although I have gained a little weight... just a passing thought!

Its up to you, i dont think many boy swayers count, but if its something that you like to monitor there is no harm in doing it, as long as you are eating lots of protein, carbs, good fats, fruits and veggies regularly you should be fine :)

the only people who need to count cals for a boy are either very light eaters who really have to struggle to eat enough, and those who don't want to gain much/any weight (or any more.)

Otherwise, relax and just focus on the protein+carbs at every meal, increasing healthy fat, 3 meals and at least 2 snacks, and 9-11 serv. of fruit and veg a day and you'll be fine!
