Does this look like a descend sway + questions?
Right, so a little background info - I'm typical boy mum, so I'm trying to obsess now with planning my sway instead of when I get to the TTC'ing. I'm signing up for Dream member on monday and I'm genuinely really excited! Anyway - I have PCOS (or hyperandrogenism, my doc likes to call it) and will be taking Clomid.
First, some questions:
1) I take a dose of C-vit and zink a day - will this sway? Should I stop?
I don't take it because I need it.. I have a tendency to pick up colds and this helps keep them abay.
2) Can you take too much Aspartame?
- I drink 2 x peppermint tea with aspartame, my c-vits have aspartame and my fizzydrink choice (7up free) has aspartame. Is it too much?
- Since starting Aspartame my nose seem to have dried up a bit, is this a coincidence?
3) I've bought baby aspirin today. Do I take it every other day through out the cycle or only just before O?
4) Oh and I plan on abstaining for 1 week, then DTD everyday while ovulating. Is this OK for pink sway? Should I Jump and Dump when I'm on Clomid?
5) As on Clomid, should I demand US or just use ovulation sticks?
6) Are nachos OK? No meat, low fat cheese, guacamole, salsa and sourcreme. Or will I have to sit out on Nacho-tuesday?
And now to the sway I've so far cooked up:
Metformin 2 x 500mg
Clomid
Baby aspirin
Aspartame
- Should I add Soya isoflavins?
No breakfast, 2 meals a day (LE diet) + 1 snack if needed (because of blood sugar) - Aim at 1500kcal.
No red meat. Limit white meat to max 1 a week after O.
No Caffein.
Abstain 1 week, and BD through O.
Anything else?
OH smokes and drinks a lot of calories. He is generally quite unhealthy - high sugar, protein, salt and sat. fats. Low in fresh fruit and veg. Normal weight, but uses the PC a lot and is quite sedentary during the day. Our Doctor suspects he has low testosterone.
