19wk scan, bit confused - if the tech didnt see testicles then what is this??????

I had my 19wk scan today, tech said baby is another boy. She also stated that she didnt see testicles. Dh and I didnt see an obvious penis.

She gave me this bottom potty shot to take home. If she didnt see testicles then what is this a picture of????

The testies can take a while to come down into position. Looks like a boy to me.
