I don't know, but during my sway I was eating cinnamon toast every morning for breakfast until the last week when I was able to skip breakfast.
I read that and was planning to use it in my sway too! I was planning on taking it with my coffee which will be sugar free soon and need extra taste ;p
I'm using it in my sway. I usually eat a cinnamon roll a day, or put it in yogurt or milk. My mum loves cinnamon and she has 3 girls so I don't think it'll do any harm. I hear it's best not to eat too much during the two week wait as I think it can be used in high doses to bring on AF.
it affects blood glucose levels so yes I'd say it probably sways pink
my husband has done a lot of research into intermittent fasting diets and this is a supplement recommended for that. The fasting diets area also said to be good for weight loss (which is true for him), lowering blood glucose levels, and cinnamon is one of the supplements they recommend to help with both of those. Cinnamon is also thought to be good if you have PCOS.
Yes, I do believe it sways pink and I sometimes include it in the custom sways for people with blood sugar issues.
don't go overboard tho because it can thin the blood and may be too much with aspirin/cran/SP. I would use only 1/4 teaspoon per day and see how you tolerate it. This amount is also safe during pg (great point about the 2WW Pangea- high intake cinnamon has been used to induce miscarriage so we don't want to use a ton during the 2WW)
