TTC Boy NEXT WEEK! Advice needed

Before I ask my millionth question, I just want to say thank you to the ladies whom answer my endless amount of questions. LOL.....I want to get opinions on if my diet is in the guidelines for HE. This is very opposite of how I had my DD and were ttc boy next week!

Breakfast (about 7 am)-Banana, bran flakes, whole fat milk, salted sunflower seeds I mixed into cereal, sometimes add orange juice

Lunch-Double Cheeseburgers, fries or potatos w/added tons of salt and tons of ketchup, pineapples in canned pineapple juice, VitaminWater Revive with Knox Gelatin mixed in (it is full sugar B12, electrolytes and has 880 mg potassium)

Snack-Banana, salted sunflower seeds, campbells chicken noodle soup (2500 mg of sodium)

Dinner-Pepporoni pizza, lots of V-8 juice

I am in AF-O and will O in about 7 days. I take 3 Mucus Gualifenesin tablets a day (generic mucinex), 3 fertile cm a day, 1 prenatal, 1 fish oil, and 3000 extra folic acid (in addition to prenatal), BSD once a day, COT once a day, green tea drink 2x a day no sugar

I am on the heavier side starting out and have gained 7 lbs since doing the HE diet starting in mid oct. I use an app to monitor calories and Im at 2100 calories a day, 4000 potassium, 5000 sodium, i dont count fat, and I am at about 90 protien a day. I opted away from doing protein powder as soy scares me and I cant find any not containing it. I do squats randomly thoughout the day with 5 lb dumbells.

Do I have a chance for boy? I should get a +opk monday, we will DTD monday night, tuesday am and then that's it, im afraid to go into O+12. I bought pre-seed too!!....Is there anything anyone recommends that I change? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi praying4boy! I'm no expert just wanted to say good luck! I O in about 10 days and it'll be my first month swaying blue. My diet is now the opposite of when I had my dd...I feel so full all the time lol! Best of luck :) x

Looks fantastic :) You could squeeze in another attempt monday morning If you like, just incase you O on the day of your +opk.

Your sway sounds good, keep up with the weights and squatting to raise that T level
