I got a surprise BFP in November which sadly ended as a chemical. DH has agreed to TTC this cycle but that's it (I'm not sure I want to try anymore after this either to be honest). I figured since we are going to give it a shot I might as well incorporate some sway techniques while I wait for O. I know it won't be a lot of time to make much difference but that's ok as I'm really ok with another boy (I really believe the m/c I just had was a boy, just a gut feeling).
I am focusing on doing the opposite of what I did the last 3 times but try to match that up with Atomic's suggestions. All 3 of my boys were frequent BD so I want to try abstinance and 1 attempt before O. If I O on time then I only have 7 days left and we haven't DTD since before my m/c which is way too long I think. So if he releases tonight and we do our attempt the day before O (I don't really believe timing sways, just my opinion) that gives us only a 6 day abstinance, is that enough?
Also looking back I know DS3 was concieved on a full moon and I suspect my other boys were as well although I don't know for sure. Next Thursday (12/13) is a new moon and I should O the next day so I really want our attempt to be on the new moon (Thursday). I know that it really only matters when I O and not so much when we DTD but I just feel that doing it on the new moon may help somewhat.
Lastly, I have lost quite a bit of weight over the last few months due to just overall lack of appetite. I now weigh about 95 lbs. I was always small when I concieved my 3 boys as well and never ate a nutritious diet and have never been a breakfast eater. I was always a huge carb-aholic with them and was vegetarian when I got pg with the first 2 (was eating only poultry, no red meat when I got pg with DS3). Over the last year I have switched to a low carb diet for the sake of more energy and less headaches! As of late though I haven't been eating much of anything at all (unhealthy I know) but have been reading about the LE diet and am trying to embrace it to some degree. Alot of my low carb "sweets" are full of artificial sweetners so I fugure that may be helpful. The last couple of days I've been eating mostly low fat swiss cheese (lowest sodium cheese) with some low sodium ritz crackers, sugar free/low fat yogurt, low carb sweets, sugar free ice cream, CL, and diet sodas. I know that's a horrible diet but I've never been a big fruit/veggi eater:worry:
I know this is a rediculously long post, just was hoping for a little feedback. Atomic I know you are uber busy but if you have a chance to give me any suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much!
