8 week ultrasound- boy or girl?

This picture was from an abdominal ultrasound at 8 weeks. I'm having a hard time figuring out the Ramzi Method so I'm wondering if someone can help me figure out what my LO would be according to this method? I also apologize for it being so blurry and blue.. Also apologizing if the picture messes up, I'm new and having issues with uploading itAttachment 7209
