J and D is for PINK sways. Don't do that unless you want a girl.
No way. Not for a boy sway. I got my DD doing J&D with other things. You want as much swimmers as possible up there for a boy
Also conceive a girl with J & D amoungst other things. So definitely not for a boy sway

So sorry... Another question: what is advisable when it comes to BDing if you want to sway blue ?
My OH is quite happy BDing every other day. Is it recommended to focus on the 0 days ?
I have been using OPKs for the last few cycles and now learned that I usually O on CD 17/28
I would BD every other day 'til first postive OPK, then 3 times in 24 hours, like that night, next morning and next night. Good luck!
