OMG...eating!!!
I don't know if I was always mindlessly eating so much or if it's because I'm trying to switch my mode to 'LE Dieting' mode and just binging...but man, I've caught myself eating soooo much and craving food so much lately!!
I've technically started the LE diet last week but only managed 2-3 good days of dieting - Thankfully, I've few months left to be fully conscious of what I eat and not stress about it since we won't start TTC until April - but it's good that I started now - This is gonna be a LOT harder than I thought it would ever be:think:

Hello and :welcome: here! May I just correct you? "This is gonna be a LOT harder than I thought it would ever be" For the FIRST FEW WEEKS, but it gets MUCH EASIER!!! Have faith, your body will adapt and it'll be second nature before you realise it. I honestly thought I was going to pass out when I first started to skip breakfast and limped around the house like some pathetic Victorian heroine needing the smelling salts  Now I don't even give it a thought. Any diet's hell for the first few weeks, with the exception of the IG diet that remained hell for the whole 9 months that I was on it. Ask away if you have any questions and there are so many good essays that Atomic's written, you'll get into the swing of it very soon. :)

It's good to get an early start on it so you can ease in gradually - you do get used to it over time.
I also do a lot of mindless eating that I didn't even realize until I began to take note of my cal intake.
