Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Very strict LE diet plus diet drinks. Completely different to my usual diet. I'd normally have eggs for brekkie, tuna/mackerel/chicken for lunch and some kind of meat or fish for dinner every day. So I probably halved my protein. I have never drunk diet drinks as I avoid aspartame and other chemicals. I had no caffeine other than what was in dark chocolate of which I had quite a bit, within the LE boundaries. Had a few drinks at AF but otherwise no alcohol.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? BMI at 18.5 at O, and it was about 21 when I started LE. Problem was I got down to that low BMI after about 8 weeks of the diet so had to up calories for the last month to maintain my weight.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? Did no exercise other than housework and looking after two boys.

Any additional comments? Due to my cycle suddenly being really long, hence month one of TTC we missed O by a week, we did FR/BD every day to make sure we caught O this time. So at O we'd BD every day for 8 days already so like FR really, then DTD every day till after O. Definitely wanted to get pregnant this month as I was losing too much weight.

Any relevant attempt details? Was going to use Rephresh but as we missed the first cycle and I'd lost so much weight I chose not to.

Any additional supplement info? I usually take a huge amount of vitamins and minerals so cutting them out was a huge change for me. DH takes St Johns Wort, CaMg, B complex and Vit C. Couldn't really cut them out for him as he needs them to work!

Things that make me feel great about my sway: Huge change in diet due to no supplements and lack of protein/fat must have done something!
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Didn't use Rephresh in the end and as we got pregnant first attempt with both boys, I'm worried we may still have been pretty fertile.
Things worth mentioning: My cycles have always been 29/30 days. I stopped BF DS2 three months before starting LE and my periods started again two months before starting LE. The first two cycles were about 32 days but once on LE, the cycles increased to 36 and then (probable) 44 for the BFP cycle. So the diet clearly changed my cycle.
