... What foods are you eating to compensate being on the le diet?
I feel like I need nutrients! Today I've had my first bfp meal of fish and chips (nom nom) and tonight, I've had salmon, avocado salad with hunks of cheese and glass of milk with also some kale! I'm taking prenatals too now. I just feel like I need to overdose on healthy stuff to counterbalance my nutrient poor diet the last 3 months!!
I know what you mean I have been stuffing myself since bfp. But it's taking some getting used to tho, everytime I think about food I stop myself thinking I'm doing LE and then think 'oh actually I can eat that now' lol. It's weird after eating so little for so long to suddenly be able to eat whatever you want. What prenatals are u taking? I only took folic acid with my last pregnancy, but feel like I should take more with this one due to lack of nutrients over the last few weeks.
