Hi ladies, i shall be on here quite regularly now, im ttc a girl (after 3 boys) and am starting the LE diet tomorrow just a couple of questions - i've got some 75mg Aspirins in but am unsure of how many a week i should take? and if i have to have a break on them? also are pot noodles a complete no-no? no worries if they are just thought id check :) also any links to foods that i cans tock up on would be great :) . Thank you.x

hmm pot noodles are probably very high in the sodium but very low in the nutrients so 50-50 on those
