If anyone is good at interpreting charts for AF could you take a peak at my chart please. AF has typically arrived by now, this mornings temp drop is promising for AF but no sign yet :worry:

hmm sorry I think AF might arrive in the next day or two... unless you had alcohol last night so today's temp is skewed because of that
That's what I'm hoping for rainbowflower :) our attempt cycle is for this month I want AF to arrive :)
It's normally here by now - slight panic :nails:
As far as i know temperature goes always up if it's affected by something. Your chart looks good I am pretty sure AF will arrive today.Quote:

I agree with the others, my temp would sometimes drop below the cover a day before I started AF.
it can drop a day or two before AF comes. I think I've had charts where I've had a couple of below coverline temps before AF shows
you could be right, I know that alcohol cools the core body temp at the time but afterwards it probably risesQuote:
