I got a positive OPK two days ago and had a sharp pain on the left side yesterday morning. I'm thinking that was ovulation.
Today, though, I'm VERY crampy. Still mostly on the left side and in my lower back, but its almost like period cramps + bloating. Has anyone else had this happen at 1 DPO? Just wondering what's causing it. Thanks!
I had cramping constantly for almost a week after, and still have it faintly (I'm at 9-10 DPO) and the odd time it's quite noticeable. Not reading too much into it though as a pg symptom as last month when I wasn't trying and we were definitely preventing I also had cramping.. so I have no idea why it happens!
O pains can last up to a week for me...so I can't really pinpoint my O using O pains. You can cramp before, during and after O!
Im currently pg with no 4 & each time my first symptom was very early/weird cramping from a week or so before AF. Otherwise i dont feel a thing till the day she comes xxx
