To exercise or not to exercise? That is the question.
I am trying to decide if I should attempt 30min-1hour of cardio 6 days a week or just a be a couch potato. DH is usually out of town work (which makes ttc hard!) so I am pretty much on my own with the kiddos. I don't belong to a gym or have anyone near by that could watch the boys so that I can exercise. I am finding the diet a little hard to stick to am starting to think that adding in the cardio might help with my sway and losing a few pounds. Any advice or tips as to what I can do at home?
