I only had strep with my first son and I was sixteen so I just had the antibiotics
I had no idea that their were other options

had it 1x w/ my son and did the hib as a douche after water broke. do not let them do cervical checks when you have gb is a chance of them pushing it higher. you do not need them beofre or during labor! when your water is borke for prolonged periods that is when your chances are higher of psreading to baby. so do not let them brake your water. if you have fast labors that is good as it also lowers risk to baby.
I forget how often i did it every 5 hours sounds about right whatever your mw recommends. my water broke early so I did it about 3x. you can buy then plain dueshe(sp?)at the store and dilute it with water whatever ratio your mw gave you. that is good you are doing your vitc, garlic,ect.
