I have been reading through the diet and 'what are you eating' threads, and have noticed serval girls eating rice pasta instead of standard pasta. What is the reason for this?

I think rice pasta has lower calories than regular pasta...
I think Rice Pasta may be the same as gluten free pasta, in which case the protein is lower than regular pasta. I have found that the calories are a little higher with gluten free, but at least the protein is lower.

This is great. I will eat this when swaying. I thought I'll have to start eating wheat (bloats me) but looks like I'll be able to eat mostly rice stuff
