posting here to....vitex made AF come 1 week early.....CD 24....should i try again this month?
Okay so last month i started vitex....only 400mg every other day....at CD 9 i had an almost positive OPK and signs of O and i thought it was to early to ovulate so i quit taking it. CD 16-19 i did have a smiley face on my CBE digital for 3 days in a row, O cramps and lots of ewcm. im quite confused......i have read vitex can make AF come early but i quit it at CD 9. should i try it again and just keep taking it even if I O early or quit??? I liked how i had O cramps....i never have those, new cycle and just trying to decide whether to take it or not!! I have had 30 day cycles for quite sometime so im not to happy
