Day 3 on the diet and i feel so guilty
So today is day 3 of my diet. I was doing so good until dessert time i ate 1 thin slice of cake {thanks to my DH who asked me to bake him a cake}. I feel so guilty is this normal?
Here is what all i ate today.
Breakfast:skip
Lunch: 1 egg& 2 slices white bread
Snack:Strawberries
Dinner: Salad,Strawberries, Broccoli,small piece of grilled fish.
Dessert 1 slice cake :(
Drinks: 1 cup coffee, 4 bottles of water with crystal light, 1 cup peppermint tea, 2 cans {no caffeine} Diet Coke, 1 cup milk, 1 cup green tea{diet kind}
Also does this sound good what i ate today?
I also walk for 30 min today.
