Is a lazy sway better than nothing?
I've done nearly two weeks of not eating enough. I've been drinking like a fish since my daughter was born (long story). Am I better off giving it a shot after ovulation than giving the diet up completely? I can't cope with it for another month and I've been trying various diets for a while and been trying to lose weight but my periods started becoming delayed or irregular, it might be the alcohol, it might be the diet but I'm starting to feel unhealthy, so should I just continue eating noodles & toast with a bit of yoghurt for pudding and give it a shot on Thursday??
Really sorry for bothering you all but I'm struggling!
