Any guesses as to what the gender of my baby is?

i have no clue how to rotate the image i uploaded! sorry! i should note also that the baby's spine isn't completely straight, which i heard can affect how a person interprets it, but im relatively new to all of this!

I'm not sure if that is a boy nub or part of baby's leg.
