Gender Guess- 12 weeks ultrasound no clear shot but got these!

Hi,
I have already a daughter and a son , but this one, we had no idea at the 12 weeks ultrasound, they couldnt get a clear shot, but if i can get you opinion, i am lost between if its a leg or a nub!
