HELP! Gender based on Ramzi theory??

Hi everyone! This is my 7 week abdominal ultrasound. Can anyone help me with the gender PLEASE?? Attachment 7981

Slight girl lean, this is a tricky image as it's pretty central..

I would lean girl

do you know if the image was flipped or not? If not, I would lean boy, as I think the placenta looks to the left of the picture, which would be the right of you body (image holding it upright on your stomach). But I'm not sure that is the placenta because usually this early the placenta is closer to the baby, which means the placenta would be on the right side of the picture (left side of the body) meaning girl.
