ramzi theory??

Hi! I have an us from 7 week 4 day, and I don't understand the ramzi theory at all. Maybe you ladies have a guess? Not sure if it matters or not but I ovulated from my left, I have a huge cyst still there. I also have a skull shot from 15 week 4 day, if that helps.

Can you make the pictures smaller? It's hard to guess when you can't see the whole thing at once. At least for me cuz I'm new at this whole thing.

It looks girl to me, but that's on the assumption the image wasn't flipped by the U/S tech.
