Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Breakfast everyday within 1 hour of waking. Eating every 2 - 3 hours. Protein at every meal and snack. Lots of red meat.

Big meat eater already, drank V energy drinks daily, beer daily.

Hey cinns just passing by and noticed your sway, you mentioned in the sway about not having any juice, how did you manage to get 9-11servings of fruit and veg if you don't mind me asking!

Hey afy no probs, i usually had frozen berries in my morning smoothie, then an apple with nuts for morning snack, lunch was whaterver with salad afternoon snack usually included a banana or carrot sticks with hommus or something similar and dinner was meat with veggies. So i guess i was having closer to 6-7 servings per day.

Hey cinss, did you have more ewcm during ovulation? what supplements do you suggest to increase ewcm? i don't have much which is needed for ttc boy.
one other question is: is eating chicken ok to ttc boy?

Yes i noticed i had ewcm on cd12 so we dtd. I believe it was from the fish oil. You could also try robitussin for thinner ewcm, or pre seed lube if you really dont have enough.
