please guess my baby's gender

hi all, wonder whether u knowledgeable people could help guess the sex of my baby using nub theory or skull. im really not sure what im looking for xx thank you!!

I have 4 boys and pregnant again. The posts I posted the other day not sure if there are nubs or not. I feel it is another boy though.
