If its not mirrored it would be a girl... But there is not way of knowing unless you asked the tech

I asked the tech and she said it is mirrored. It was done abdominally.

and the pic you posted it also upside down, right?

I know abdominal u/s is mirrored but the tech can also flip to get the pics they need so if it's not flipped anymore than it is a girl cause it is on the left side
