most of us don't douche but in that scenario I'd douche before acijel not after because you will wash away the acijel.
What about aci-jel before sex and the the douche after?
Or just pass on it all....just wondering?
Don't douche afterwards, it reduces odds of pg too far.
If you douche before, you'll wash away CM (good) and lower pH (also good.) Douching after doesn't do anything but kill sperm.
My thinking would be, if you want to do both, then douche 2 or 3 hours before DTD and then fingertip Acijel 1 hour before.
Trying out how ph reacts to the Acijel....how long after insterting it should I wait to check ph levels?

Okay so with just supplements and diet my after dtd ph was at a 5...should I shoot for lower? This was without trying the acijel or vingegar douche.

HOWEVER...there is something to be said about douching and acijel for their other affects on sperm. If I were doing douche, I'd do it before acijel, then apply acijel then BD at your discretion. :) Try the baby aspirin, it may alter the conditions inside more than worrying about what the PH is in your vagina.
