Friend's 12wk nub - any guesses?

UPDATE: She had another u/s and is approx 17 weeks and potty shot is DEFINITELY a boy. There's no denying it!

She has all boys, what do you think this one looks like? If that's the nub that I'm looking at I think it looks more like a boy nub since it's sticking up more but I'm a beginner at all of this so I don't know for sure.

It looks like there are 2 pieces to the nub in that u/s pic, do you think one of them isn't really part of the nub?
