I had always understood that cardio - swayed boy as it increases testosterone. Is this the case? I was told nothing other than light walking for a girl previously?! Or does it depend on each person?

Cardio sways girl, weights sways boy. I was very fit when I conceived both of my boys--I was doing both cardio AND weights and was very muscular. This time, swaying girl, I am doing cardio only. There is a huge long essay you should read on it, maybe someone will post the link.
