Ladies I need advice asap, please

I'm sorry I'm so indecisive and annoying... I'm so nervous... Ok so yesterday morning we BD after 8 days of abstinence. I am likely going to ovulate on Thursday maybe Friday... So as of now I did a 4-5 day cutoff and that sways boy right?
So do I BD again tomorrow night for a 2 day cutoff, try an o+12.. or is that useless because some of the 4/5day cutoff spermies will already be waiting for the egg?? Or just hope the 4/5 day doesn't get me pregnant and try again next month? Regardless of what I do this month there will be no frequent release.. My dh just can't do that. Please help me figure this out:(

cut offs don't actually sway either way but as sperm only live a few days (on average, a small % can last 7 days) you are drastically lowering your chances of getting pregnant at all

cutoffs don't sway, there are going to be both X and Y sperm lying in wait for the egg.

I think abstain is best with one attempt so ~personally!~ while I'd not have had you do that long of a cutoff, it's done now and DTD 2 more times is only going to add sperm to the situation. Not only that, DTD every coulple of days like that will mean it's prob. going to be a larger, healthier batch than you'd got with abstain. I'd leave it for this month, read the essay below and then revisit the issue next month.

That is, IF he can't do more than one attempt in a day. If he can then I'd do a hurry up FR.

I would concentrate your BD when you have fertile EWCM for a boy. I wouldn't do an O+12 attempt. I really do think that boy sperm thrive in the EWCM and girl sperm are better at getting through to the egg without it. This is JMO from what I have read and my own personal experience.

Thanks ladies... Ugh I don't know if I can do this diet another month but I personally would feel more confident in a 10-12 day abstinence and a 2 day cutoff... I'm so bummed... It was our anniversay and I didn't want to not have sex...
I think it would be very difficult for him to ejaculate twice in a day... I can try it... Is it as reliable as a long abstinence witha one time BD? Even tho I'm pretty fertile you don't think those sperm from the 4 day cutoff will be there? I've read a lot of sways on ingender and on here and most girls seem to be conceived on a 2 day cutoff so I believe that sways somehow right ?

I thought I was really fertile in the autumn of 2011 when we started ttc with the ig diet and cut-off. IMHO diet & cut off is a perfect recipe for over a year of bfns, it's just too much for the spermies to take. Spend a bit more time reading the masses of well-researched info on this website and you'll see that timing is a load of bunkum. Please understand that I know exactly how hard it is to let go of ig theories ( a lot of ladies here do!)
I just wouldn't want you or anyone else to make the same mistakes as me and waste over a year for nothing :)

Thanks for all the help.... Ive been strict on the diet for a few weeks... But ate steak on our anniversary... Will that counteract all the dieting Iv e been doing?
Is that another reason to let this cycle just pass me by?
I took an opk this morning and it's getting dark ( mine fade in)... So im thinking I may Actually have a 3 day cutoff...but now that darn steak is gonna haunt me lol

Obviously it's your call as you have to be comfortable with your sway. Have you been on the diet for long? 6 weeks is the recommended bare minimum. One cheat meal won't ruin your diet though. There have been better results on here for more long term diets -3 months or so- but you always have a chance at your dg regardless. :)
