Hi I am new here, I am an Aussie living in Montreal. I have 2 boys and feel incomplete, this year I hope to TTC for a girl. My husband's diet is too much coffee and too much salty cheeses. What foods should he avoid and what to eat/drink instead?
I am also a chocoholic, do you think this has something to do with conceiving boys?
