Diet:
Trying to eat well as often as possible, but definitely should be eating more fresh fruit. Eating 3 meals per day with balanced Protein and Carbs
Snacking - 3-4 per day with nuts, crackers and cheese, corn chips and cream cheese, banana bread made with protein powder with Chocolate Coconut butter spread on.
Cut out all white breads, etc Coconut oil for all cooking.
Cut out diet drinks completely 8 months ago
DH cut out energy drinks 2 months ago
Exercise:
Gym 5+ times per week, Weights - legs x 2, arms/back x 2, Cardio - 45mins per day, 30mins on days with weights.
DH: Gym 5 days per week lifting weights, some cardio
Cycle:
Charting using a combo of CBFM and Digital opk's. Not temping as it messes with my sleep.
Attempt:
Planning on doing the 'every second day' from first High on CBFM, then 3 attempts (Night, Morning, Night) from first +opk or Peak day which ever comes first.
And one I have stolen from Flava: Heat pack on tummy 20mins per day CD8 - 4dpo
Blue outfit under mattress and lots of praying!!

Pop, your supps look great:agree: If you find that you are getting very phlegmy and having to cough and clear your throat alot then it may be the high amount of fish oil. I went to the Dr thinking I had developed asthma as I was wheezing and coughing constantly, I lowered the fish oil on advice from AS on a different thread as it was causing really fast flowing af and the cough and phlegm went with it!!

I am going to have a practice attempt this month, so in about 1.5-2 weeks time. I can't imagine I will get a BFP first attempt, probably take me 3-4 months I would say. When do you start attempting?
