Couple of questions. Help please
1. I can't skip breakfast, I work through until 3.30 with no break. Will this seriously hurt my sway?
2. My partner drinks a protien shake before bed, does this matter?
3. I'm due to ovulate between 13-18th feb. I've been testing with opk. It's digital smiley face one. But I'm worrying I've missed it! (just scared I think!) i know they say ignore the lines. But I have one strong line one faint line. Do you think I still may ovulate?
4. I've been invited out on a pub crawl Saturday (when ovulation is actually meant to happen!!) I don't want to drink alcohol. What can I drink? What will be best for my ph? I'm sure they don't have low sugar cranberry juice. Only normal. What excuses can I make ??
