What are your thoughts about Lydia Pinkham??
I believe there are some herbs in the Lydia Pinkham that you shouldn't take for your whole cycle...I'm thinking Vitex? At any rate, something in them that aren't proven safe for pregnancy...
I'm only going to take V and SP AF-O so I would do the same with LP. But wasn't sure if I should add it or not? I know the other two are good girl sways so Im not sure if adding LP is a good choice..
I don't advise Lydia. There are some things in it that sway blue and others that are not safe when TTC. Yes, some have taken it and gotten girls but IMO not worth the risk.Quote:
