I've been having a chat with a few charting mums and I started to notice a bit of a pattern so thought I'd do some more research here.
Most boy mums I've spoken to said that they ovulated late when then got their boys, I know I did with my first two, and I ovulated late with this one, and feel its another boy.
So, I'm wondering, for those of you who charted and have got pregnant and know what you're having, can you fill in your details?
I don't know what cd I ovulated on when I conceived either ds but I know my dates had to be adjusted for both a week later than the little wheel initially suggested. I guess that means a late ov date for both. Hth!

Ovulated late and had a boy...I have PCOS though so ovulating at all is a success! lol
I ovulated as usual. On cd 18 with a cycluslenght of 28 days!
After my second boy my ovulations are now between cd 12 and cd 16.... Mostly on cd 15.
I track them judging cm and O-pain. Twelve hours after O cm starts to thicken and vanish. That's always the case so i'm pretty sure i track them right :-)
i o late anwhere from cd 20 onwards and i have 6 boys!

Strange thing is I've had two chemicals when I ovulated early and both times I was SURE they were girls. I'm SURE this is a boy and ovulated late like my boys.

Ovulated late with 2 boys, ovulated as usual with my girl.
I ovulated right on time with my first two boys. This time I was taking Vitex and didn't ovulate till day 21- and having another boy.
This. There are two reasons why one might O late. One is PCOS - high T and more boys conceived. One is because you aren't eating right or are exercising too much and you're too thin, and your estrogen drops and this is what LE Diet is meant to emulate - this would sway pink. So it's unfortunately not a matter of when in the cycle someone Oed, it's the underlying reason.Quote:

With DD, first vitex was making me O later by a few days, then I dropped the vitex and actually Oed early by a couple of days.
