Soooo Im going to start taking yasmin tonight to lower my T levels for 3-4 months.
I'm going to loosely follow LE before going more hardcore before TTC when i come off Yasmin
When should I start taking
baby aspirin?
Folic acid
Fibre
Should I start drinking peppermint tea?

1)I'd do the aspirin right away due to the risks of blood clots on the Yasmin. Start off slow like 2 a week and build up.
2)Right away because it can help egg quality and eggs take 90 days to form.
3)Up to you - may help when taken sooner rather than later but can also make you lose more weight than you may want to.
4)Not until you're off the Yasmin and have gotten your first bleed.
