ELP's bfp GD blue sway 2!! update nub looks very hopeful!!

Update, the nub was looking very blue at my U/S, not a guarantee but I may ave just scraped through!

2000 mg coconut oil - I chose this as an additional oil as it is meant to be great for the skin

Brewers yeast tablet 300mg
ACV 400mg tablet
Black cherry concentrate 1000mg (DH has developed gout these are a good antioxident so I thought I'd just add it on lol
200mg CoQ10 -ran out of this in dec, still not received new one! (10 feb)
Bee pollen complex - 2000mg bee pollen, 20 mg propolis,20 mg royal jelly
Heaped teaspoon of greens powder which contains alot of grasses and minerals. Full ingrediants to be posted in its own post.

Diet:
I have thought more on this and I think my diet was actually not as bad as I thought. I have been eating all the things I wanted to eat for a sway, eggs, nuts, dried fruit lots of meat and veggies, but in addition alot of the things I would have rather avoided like chocolate and white bread, but I know the idea of avoiding these for me is just a precaution and not even necessary:)

Exercise:
Mainly lifting weights, ie kids and household objects, I could and should have been doing more but little Dave has me up at least 5 times a night so I am generally running on adrenaline and supps! during the day, but I DO feel strong:agree:

Attempt and timing:
Maybe 4 days before ov and the day after +opk, so I'm not sure which one it was. Again I had ZERO ewcm due to heavy b/f and didn't even use any robitusen as I knew it wasn't gonna happen this month anyway!:sigh:

All I can say is you never know:) I came to GD wanting another little boy for the family and I got him:) So this little person has no pressure on them (but Dave would really like a bruv;):bigsmile:) Hoping this little one sticksas we've had 2 minor red bleeds already, so fingers x'ed.

Just updating this to saythat the nub looks very hopeful, so the background on my part may have been enough to pull us through!! If/when swaying again I will be much happier though going with sway 1 which included more training, more attempts and DH taking supps aswell:agree:
