Just a reminder, there are no foods to totally avoid - all foods are allowed, it's just that some make it easier to do the diet than others. :)
While that may be the case, there are TONS of foods that allegedly raise T levels at least according to our Wise Internet and it's really not necessary to avoid all of them. :) Worrying about how every individual food may sway is not necessary. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...s-swaying.html
Avocado can be a good rescue food because it's the only thing I've found that is low in protein and sodium but high in fat, potassium, and calories. Plus, it's just as good for those with PCOS/IR as it is for the rest of us.
