it's a girl????

So I posted a couple ultrasound pictures from when I was 12 and 13 weeks and I had mixed guesses... I just got my anatomy scan done on Friday and I was just so ready for it to be a boy because I didn't wanna get my hopes up , but I was so happy when they said IT'S A GIRL!:) but I feel like it's too good to be true "/

I have a son already and his potty shot looked completely different, but can this baby still be a boy?? Here are my ultrasound pics at20 weeks
