19 week scan inconclusive, any thoughts based on this picture?

So I had my 19 week scan today and the baby wouldn't cooperate :( I could have sworn at one point that I saw the three parallel lines and while the tech was looking, she said "oh, I think I saw girl bits but I can't say for sure"...baby had their legs crossed, stubborn little thing lol....I'm going for another scan this weekend, but I wondered if anyone had any thoughts based on the pic they printed me....there's no nub visible but the skull shape seems girly to me...anyone want to wager a guess?
