Will I feel terrible on the diet?
I'm used to eating very healthy, which is probably how I got my boy. I get hungry easily and have a good metabolism, but I get a real blood sugar crash if I eat later than usual. It's impossible for me to skip breakfast. I avoid fake sugars and soft drinks like the plague (can't stand them) and I don't have a sweet tooth.
Everything on the "avoid" list is basically what I eat all the time. So I'm wondering how I'm going to feel when I start to eat in a completely opposite way.
I can imagine I'll just feel weak, hungry and tired.
I'm willing to try it, but will it be as bad as I think?
