ph testing?

Is it v important to test ph before attempt or if you do the le diet is that enough?

I do not feel it is important at all to test pH and you can read why here

I didn't test mine. It drove me crazy and stressed me out so I dropped it and am pregnant with a girl. Personally don't think it's necessary.
