Pink dieters - let's share our meals and menus! WEEK ONE
I decided I'm going onto a pink diet for a couple weeks (and I had BETTER NOT get pg!!:worry:) because I need to lose some weight and I just wanted to play around with it. So I will be suffering along with you!!!
If I was actually swaying pink, I would eat a low cal, low fat, low protein diet and go vegetarian so that is what I"m doing for these two weeks just to see how much weight I can lose at it. I'm not going to skip breakfast or give up tea though, so if you're swaying pink, don't do what I did!!
Day 1: Breakfast - about 1/4 c Almonds (not technically a girl food but allowed on the French diet and since I am eating low cal, low protein, and low fat for the rest of the day, I can get away with it) and tea.
Snack - Diet Coke
Lunch - Yoplait Light yogurt ("Red Velvet Cake") with Seltzer Water
Snack - Diet Coke
Dinnner - Spaghetti mixed half and half with cauliflower and topped with "Heart-Healthy" (has lower sodium and sugar) spaghetti sauce (again, this is not technically a girl food but since I ate virtually no sodium and only a little potassium for the rest of the day, I can get away with it.) And seltzer water.
Snack - one light beer
Day 2 - Breakfast - Tea, Yoplait Light ("Cinnamon Roll") and seltzer water.
Snack - Apple and Diet Cke
Lunch - 1/2 peanut butter sandwich and selzer. (Not a girl food but I went very easy on the PB)
Snack - Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich (fat free) and Diet coke
Dinner - Tiny scoop of low-sodium scalloped potatoes (again this is a no-no but I had had very little of it, about a cup), low-sodium craisin bread, and seltzer.
Snack - one light beer.
Day 3 - Breakfast - low-sodium craisin bread and tea (experimenting to see which breakfast keeps me from getting hungry the longest!!)
Snack - coffee (baby did not sleep well last night!!!!!)
Lunch - One slice pizza (had salt but my mom brought it over so I felt like I had to), Diet coke
Snack - craisin bread and a fat-free, sugar free ice cream bar, diet coke
Dinner - 1 light beer and 4 corn tortillas fried in 1 T unsalted butter.
